Woodville Project was born out of a love for adventure, hospitality, and creating unforgettable experiences. Our story began in 2014, when two friends, Michael and Max, ditched their pop-up tents for a luxury camping setup at a festival. What started as a simple upgrade turned into a revelation: festival camping didn’t have to mean roughing it. Experiencing real comfort under the stars changed everything, and there was no going back.

Inspired by that transformative weekend, Michael and Max set out to bring the same level of comfort and style to others. With backgrounds in hospitality and a passion for great times, they combined their expertise to create Woodville Project, a full-scale glamping and event service dedicated to elevating experiences at festivals, weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations.

At Woodville Project, we’re passionate about delivering more than just a tent. Our accommodations range from cozy Bell Tents to spacious Emperor Tents and premium Eco Lodges with private amenities, each carefully curated to provide a luxurious retreat. And for events, our Giant Tipis add a touch of magic, creating unforgettable settings for shared moments and celebrations.

With a strong commitment to sustainability, we encourage a “Leave No Trace” ethos, using eco-friendly products and practices wherever possible. Our team, friendly and experienced, is there every step of the way to ensure a seamless, enjoyable experience—from planning to packing up.
