Is there hot water on site?

Yes we have our Sunrise Cafe who are more than happy to provide complimentary hot water.

Are there food and drink vendors inside the Campsite?

Anywhere you see Sunrise Cafe in our exclusive facilities then Yes and in most other cases there are always food vendors in a close proximity to our campsite.

Do we have access to running water for drinking?

Yes, there are always taps available for clean drinking water.

Is there somewhere I can do my hair and plug in appliances?

Yes, we always have a Pamper Tent located in our campsite that has hair-straighteners, hair-dryers and hollywood style mirrors to get all glammed up.

How far is the campsite from the Event?

Not more than a 5 minute walk.

How far is the car park from the Event?

Less than a 10 minute walk.

Do we have our own showers and toilets?

Yes both showers and toilets are provided within our campsites.

Is there security within boutique?

Yes there will be security within the boutique campsite, and they are checking for boutique wristbands. Woodville Project are not responsible for lost / stolen items.

Whats your policy on mini speakers?

We do not permit mini speakers in our campsites, anyone found to be using one in excess will have them removed and handed to confiscated properties.

How can I contact LARP festival?

Tent FAQs

Does my tent booking come with a festival ticket?

No. You must purchase a festival ticket via the festival website in addition to your tent booking.

Do you provide power in the tents?

No we do not have power available with our glamping tents.

Can I lock my tent?

Yes you can. We do not provide locks so please bring your own.

Can my tent be near my friends?

Of course, if you both booked with us, we will do our best to accommodate your tents to be positioned next to each other. However, if you book different structures / additional extras, this may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible to ensure we can do this.

How can I change my booking?

What is the last date I can amend my booking?

4 weeks prior to the event, amendments after that will incur a £50 admin charge.

If we cancel, is there a refund?

Please see our refund policy for more information.

Can I pay a deposit now, and pay the rest later?

Yes we accept a deposit, this can be done at checkout, please remember our deadline for the remaining payment generally 8 weeks before the event.

Can I purchase a tent when I am at the festival?

All bookings must be made through our website in advance.

How can I contact Woodville Project?

What should I bring?

For Furnished tents with no bedding, please bring your own bedding. We suggest purchasing power add ons or bring a power bank to charge your phones. Strictly no kettles or hair appliances. A refillable water bottle is always encouraged.

Are we allowed to cook in the Boutique area?

Unfortunately not, please do not bring kettles, ground BBQ’s, gas stoves or any other cooking device.

Can we pitch a tent beside our tent?

No.

Where do I find my tent number?

Please head to our reception tent and show your booking confirmation where our staff will show you to your tent.

Are we allowed to smoke inside / next to the tent?

No strictly there is no smoking allowed inside / next to the tent. This damages the tent and you will be charged if found doing so.

Are we allowed to bring food / drinks / alcohol into the boutique area?

Please check the event details. Glass bottles are prohibited inside the Boutique area and will be confiscated.

What happens if there is a problem with my tent and I am at the festival?

This is a very rare occasion but please head to our reception tent straight away so we can deal with the issue there and then and one of our team will help you.
