Reception Times
During the festival our reception will be open from 10.00am - 8.00pm. On the first day of the festival, and in most cases the second, we are open just past midnight to check you in.
Phone charging
You can add Power to your tent, however this option is only available in Classic. This can simply be added to your booking when selecting your specifications on your tent booking. Power is included in our Deluxe option.
Recycling
We provide each customer with green and black bags on arrival to help the festival with their recycling program. During the festival we will also collect the green and black bags and provide you with new ones, should you require them.
